Our Executive Director Mohammed Basheer is who takes total control of the office that includes administration, strategic planning, marketing, fundraising, overall management of the office. He is a great leader to our team who guides the organization to realize the vision through his strategic plans. He is like the pillar of our body around which the entire office functions. He ensures that the quality and standard of work are met, and the client’s requirements are met. He puts the workflow in order, monitoring the daily functioning and Mr. Mohammed Basheer is the sole person builds the bridge between the directors, clients, and the working members of one family.

The Director of Sales & Marketing can be one who could be described as the one responsible for rooting us, firm and beatable in the industry. He manages the entire sales and marketing strategies and budget alone or with the help of his team. The fame and reputation that MAZ Consultant carries in the market is indeed indirectly the outcome of his marketing strategies and techniques. With his in-depth understanding of the market trend and competitor’s behavior he advises and encourages to adopt proactive methods to establish as one among the leading designing company in the industry.

Senior architect is one in the team who focuses on prompt and successful completion of any projects. She often provides with unconventional and off the beat concepts, sketches out the designs, prepare budgets, meet with clients, and lead a team throughout the entire execution of the project. She also like renovating old building and restore & conserve the old buildings, discover and develop new ways of using the existing buildings. Her presence and involvement in all designing and construction projects are felt from the earliest stages right through to completion.

Words can describe less about his proficiency in governing codes and standards, engineering formulas, skills, and experience. He researches design options comes out with schematic and conceptual layout. His conceptual designs for engineering above the normal and he completely controls the execution and sees to it that the design is justified and produced well. He also looks into the probable cost estimation for his projects. He well coordinates the entire design and execution team from architectural to mechanical, electrical etc. to construction contractors, site engineers and supervisors.

Mr. Kamal the chief finance officer is our in-house finance minister that controls the entire. Apart from the usual responsibility of managing the entire financial activities from financial controlling of operation, taxation and the rest; he acts as a shield that manipulates risks and adopts measures that can overcome them. He is up-to- date with the latest technology that will help in the optimization of resource for better efficiency. According to the changing trends and needs of operation and project management, he adheres financial regulation in operation so that the daily-to- day operation runs smoothly.

Mr.Riyas is the person responsible who sets up new trend and adds up spice to our daily routine, bringing in new challenges in work and thus making work exciting and less monotonous. He may be called the path-leader, as he is the one who takes the company through un-trodden ways exploring better discoveries and potential deals concerning the market trends. He finds for MAZ Consultants greener pastures and at the same time keeps the integrity, mission, and vision of the company intact. Thus he helps the company to conquer greater and challenging heights that add more value to the company.

Mr. Bensen heads our human workforce. He keeps adding and revising the human resource policies for the betterment of both the company and the employees. HE helps to maintain the work structure for a smoother and systematic operation that helps to increase the efficiency together with addressing the requirements of the employees. He helps the company strive better and achieve small and long-term goals, by nurturing and nourishing the biggest asset of the company the working team. He incorporates different and innovative methods by adding training session that will help in polishing and enhance the skills and talents of the team that make them more efficient and resourceful.
